Luis “Lucho” Cortés is a Chilean Lawyer, a Marxist, and currently a PhD candidate in Germany who studies how Germany profits from sending junk capital to South America during periods of technological change. Lucho is a member of the BDS campaign at Freie Universität Berlin (@bds_fu), where he authored the university’s BDS report, and organised students in solidarity with Palestine. He is also a part of the Academic Boycott Campaign in Germany (ABC DE, @academicboycottnow).
